◆ 首先檢查框架、風葉有無變形，扇葉轉動是否靈活，有無摩擦現象。檢查所有堅固件是否齊全、擰緊，應有防爆合格證編號。

◆ 線路電壓必須與電機上額定電壓相符。

◆ 用500V兆歐表檢查電動機的絕緣電阻，其電阻值若小于5MΩ，則應用烘干法或短路電流法進行干燥處理，使其絕緣電阻大于5MΩ。

◆ 必須配用小型防爆開關作電源開關，或將普通開關安裝于室外無爆炸性的地方。

◆ 接電源的電纜外徑與密封圈相符，擰緊、壓緊螺母后應保證密封圈與電纜間，密封圈與出線咀間無間隙，否則將推動隔爆性能。

◆ 裝配時就保證防爆間隙小于0.2mm，更換電機軸承的潤滑脂，其潤滑脂牌號為ZG-2H復合鈣基潤。

◆ 防爆電動機非接線部分不可隨意白拆卸，接線時，打開接線室的蓋，穿入引線接到端子上，接了后，蓋上蓋擰緊螺釘使其隔爆面間隙小于0.2mm，再上緊出線器，使引線不能竄動。注意：安裝時，注意隔爆面。裝配時隔爆面須涂204-1防銹油脂。所有防爆面不得有損傷或銹蝕，否則將失去防爆性能，如有損傷或銹蝕現象需按《防爆電氣設備防爆面缺陷處理的規定》進行補修。

◆ 使用中的排風扇 應經常清掃電機上粉塵及其它積聚物，以免影響散熱。

◆ 長期不用的排風扇重新使用時，應按說明書再檢查一遍，合適后方可使用。

First check whether the frame, blade deformation, blade rotation is flexible, there is no friction phenomenon. Check whether all solid parts are complete and tight, there should be explosion-proof certificate number.
Line voltage must be in accordance with the rated voltage of the motor.
◆ With 500V megohm meter to check the insulation resistance of the motor, if the resistance value is less than 5M ω, then the application of drying method or short circuit current method for drying treatment, so that the insulation resistance is greater than 5M ω.
◆ Must be equipped with small explosion-proof switch as power switch, or the ordinary switch installed in the outdoor without explosive place.
◆ The outer diameter of the cable connected to the power supply is consistent with the sealing ring. After tightening and pressing the nut, there should be no gap between the sealing ring and the cable, and between the sealing ring and the outlet nozzle, otherwise it will promote the flameproof performance.
◆ When assembling, ensure that the explosion-proof gap is less than 0.2mm, replace the grease of the motor bearing, the grease brand is ZG-2H composite calcium base run.
◆ The non-wiring part of the explosion-proof motor can not be disassembled at will. When wiring, open the cover of the wiring room and put the lead wire into the terminal. After connecting, tighten the screw on the cover to make the flameproof surface gap less than 0.2mm, and then tighten the outlet, so that the lead can not move. Attention: pay attention to the flameproof surface when installing. The flameproof surface shall be coated with 204-1 antirust grease during assembly. All explosion-proof surfaces shall not be damaged or rusted, otherwise the explosion-proof performance will be lost. If there is damage or rusted phenomenon, it shall be repaired according to the Provisions of Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment Explosion-proof Surface Defect Treatment.
◆ The exhaust fan in use should often clean the dust and other accumulation on the motor, so as not to affect the heat dissipation.
◆ When the exhaust fan that is not used for a long time is re-used, it should be checked again according to the instruction and can be used properly.
